A walk for the Alzheimer’s Association
This Fall, the Team participated in a fundraising effort and walk to support the Alzheimer’s Association. Ellen Tillman suggested this fundraiser, as Alzheimer’s is a devastating illness that has affected everyone on our Team through a friend or family member. By reaching out to clients, friends and family BluePoint was able to raise almost $14,000!

Leveling the Playing Field
Jenny Molina suggested that the BluePoint Team help support “Leveling the Playing Field”, a local, nonprofit organization based in Maryland. They work to collect new and/or gently used sporting goods/ playground equipment to distribute to under-resourced youth groups, community programs, and schools. These donations help communities have affordable and accessible sporting options, so all kids have a chance to play.
We set up donation bins throughout our office complex for a month and a half, asking all of our “business neighbors” to help donate. BluePoint Team members also asked friends, family and neighbors to clean out their basements and garages to help donate equip for kids in the community who needed them.
